Payments by personal check, cashiers check, or money order are discouraged as we are unable to ship until the check has cleared. This may add up to 10 days before your order ships. Shipping Policy
Products will normally ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM CST. If your order is received on a Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, it will normally ship on the next business day. We will make every attempt to ship an order as quickly as possible. If your order will be delayed by more than 2 days, we will contact you by email. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as soon as they become available, unless you request that the order be cancelled. You will only be charged for shipping at the price quoted in the shopping cart. International orders may be charged additional fees for handling and processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. In the event a product is unavailable, we will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we have made an error in the product shipped we ask that you notify us within 7 days to arrange a return. We will email you a return shipping label and pay all of the shipping cost. The product must be returned in the original packaging. ContactCustomer Service forreturn instructions. You will need a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping.
Taxes
As required by Minnesota law, sales tax is automatically charged for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes as required in your state. This policy may change at any time if required by ever changing laws. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount of the incorrect price.
